The Police Department shall enforce this chapter, Ohio R.C. Chapter 1547, as amended, and the rules and regulations adopted by the Chief of the Ohio Division of Watercraft, and, in the exercise thereof, any police officer has the authority to stop and board and conduct a safety inspection of any vessel subject to this chapter.
