553.35 ERECTING A BUILDING, OR DOCK WITHIN SLIP.
   No person shall erect any building, construct any wharf or dock, or place any other obstruction or encroachment of any kind within the limits of any public slip, north of Water Street, in the city, or in the waters of Sandusky Bay appurtenant to any of the public slips; or enlarge, extend, or repair any building, dock, wharf, obstruction, or encroachment of any kind, heretofore erected or placed in any of the public slips or appurtenant waters, or deposit any timber, lumber, wood, stone, gravel, earth, or any other material, within the limits of any public slip or appurtenant waters, or in any manner interfere with the open and public use or enjoyment of any of the public slips, in accordance with the terms of the original dedication accompanying the plat of the city.
