553.11 OPERATION, MANEUVERING OR ANCHORING VESSEL.

No person shall operate, maneuver or anchor any vessel within restricted areas of controlled operations within the jurisdiction of the City in such a manner, location or direction so as to obstruct or interfere with rights of navigation.
