(a) No person shall operate any vessel at a speed in excess of idle speed or a speed that creates a wake within 300 feet of any marina, boat docking facility, boat gasoline dock, launching ramp, recreational boat harbor or harbor entrance, any area buoyed or marked as a no-wake area or restricted areas of controlled operations as identified in Section 553.07.
(b) No person shall operate any vessel at a speed other than that which is reasonable and prudent considering any wake that such vessel creates and the effect of such wake on other vessels within the jurisdiction of the City.
