As to the application of the provisions of this chapter the territorial jurisdiction of the City shall extend to and include all waters extending into Lake Erie, including Sandusky Bay, its marinas, coves, channels and other tributaries to a distance of two miles from the natural shoreline as provided for by Ohio R.C. 721.04 as it now exists or may thereafter be amended.
