521.11 BUNGEE JUMPING PROHIBITED.
   (a)   For the purposes of this section, “bungee jumping” means the activity of individuals in jumping, or in being pushed, propelled, thrown and/or dropped from an elevated place and/or platform including, but not by way of limitation, a crane; a bridge or overpass; a building or structure; a tower; any other elevated situs or location; or a basket, platform or bucket attached to and/or suspended from the same, with elastic, rubber or otherwise stretchable appendage or appendages attached to the feet, ankles or other body part of the individual which is designed to break the fall thereof;
   (b)   No person shall engage in bungee jumping within the City;
   (c)   No person shall create, maintain and/or operate within the City a structure, facility, business and/or operation for the purpose of permitting or promoting bungee jumping; and
   (d)   Whoever violates this section or any subsection thereof shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor for the first such violation, and of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree for each and every subsequent violation hereof. For the purposes of this section, each day during which a violation of this section occurs shall be treated as a separate violation hereunder.
