351.23 PROCEDURE FOR TAGGING VEHICLES.

Whenever any motor vehicle is found parked or stopped in violation of any of the parking provisions or restrictions imposed by this chapter, the officer finding the vehicle shall report the location of the parking space the vehicle has been parked in, in violation of any of the provisions of this Code. (1980 Code 76.20)
