303.11 PROHIBITION AGAINST RESISTING OFFICER.

(a) No person shall resist, hinder, obstruct, or abuse any law enforcement officer while such officer is attempting to arrest offenders under this Traffic Code. No person shall interfere with any person charged under this Traffic Code with the enforcement of the law relative to public highways. (ORC 4513.36)

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
