199.13 MONEYS RECEIVED; WHERE CREDITED.

The moneys received under the provisions of this chapter shall be credited to the General Fund of the City for the purpose of providing protective services to the users of the waters within the City and the enforcement of laws and ordinances related to the use of such waters.
