§ 163.207 SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   No manufactured home for residential purposes shall be permitted within any manufactured home park unless the manufactured home park is or has been approved by the state’s Department of Administration, in accordance with M.S. §§ 327.14 through 327.36, as they may be amended from time to time, and Minn. Rules Chapter 1350.
   (B)   Manufactured homes shall not be used for residential purposes in the city if they:
      (1)   Do not conform to the requirements of the Manufactured Home Building Code established by M.S. § 327.31, as may be amended from time to time, of the state;
      (2)   Have an exterior in disrepair;
      (3)   Are structurally unsound and do not protect the inhabitants against all elements; and
      (4)   Are in an unsanitary condition or do not have adequate sewage facilities as required by the city in accordance with regulations.
   (C)   No tents shall be used for other than recreational purposes in a manufactured home park.
   (D)   Access to manufactured home parks shall be as approved by the city.
   (E)   (1)   The area beneath a manufactured home shall be enclosed; except that, the enclosure must have access for inspection.
      (2)   Materials used for enclosure shall be of a non-flammable nature.
