§ 161.14 ENFORCEMENT AND VIOLATIONS.
   (A)   The Director must enforce the provisions of this chapter and bring to the attention of the City Attorney any violations or lack of compliance with this section.
   (B)   A building permit may not be issued for property found to be in violation of this chapter until the violation has been corrected.
