§ 160.55 ZONING ADMINISTRATOR.
   The Zoning Administrator or other official designated by the City Council shall administer and enforce this chapter. If the Zoning Administrator finds a violation of the provisions of this chapter, he or she shall notify the person responsible for the violation in accordance with the procedures stated in § 160.99 of this chapter.
