§ 159.29 INSPECTIONS.
Towers may be inspected periodically by the city’s Building Official to determine compliance with original construction standards. Deviation from original construction for which a permit is obtained constitutes a violation of this chapter. Each tower owner must pay an annual inspection fee. In additional to an annual inspection, the city may conduct inspections, at any time, upon reasonable notice to the owner to determine if the tower complies with the Uniform Building Code and other construction standards provided by the city code, federal or state law.
