§ 159.15 LOCATION REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   Towers and antennas in residentially zoned districts are a prohibited use; except that:
      (1)   Towers supporting amateur radio operations, antennas and equipment licensed by the FCC and conforming to all applicable provisions of this chapter are allowed as a conditional use only: in the rear yard of residential parcels; church sites when camouflaged as small steeples or bell towers; and government, school, utility and institutional sites; and
      (2)   Antennas located on city property, buildings or infrastructure such as water towers shall be a permitted use subject to obtaining a lease and any other required approvals such as a building permit, and subject to the availability of a suitable location at the site.
   (B)   Towers in all other zoning districts are allowed as conditional uses subject to the provisions of § 163.326(E) and the additional requirements of this chapter.
   (C)   Antennas are a permitted use on any city property, buildings or infrastructure such as water towers subject to obtaining a lease and any other required approvals such as a building permit and subject to the availability of a suitable location at the site.
