§ 159.03 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   ANTENNA. Any structure or device used for the purpose of collecting or transmitting electromagnetic waves including, but not limited to, directional antennas such as panels, microwave dishes, satellite dishes and omni-directional antennas, except:
      (1)   A dish antenna two meters in diameter or less, located in an industrial or commercial district;
      (2)   A dish antenna one meter or less in diameter, wherever located; and
      (3)   Facilities which an operator demonstrates are exempt from local regulation and only subject to regulation by the Federal Communications Commission such as certain amateur radio facilities.
   TOWER. Any ground, wall or roof mounted pole, spire, structure or combination thereof taller than 15 feet, including supporting lines, cables, wires, braces and masts intended primarily for the purpose of mounting an antenna.
