§ 158.29 FEES; FINANCIAL SECURITY.
   (A)   Fees. In order to defray the administrative costs of processing applications submitted pursuant to the provisions of this subchapter, a base application fee as described in § 36.02 of this code of ordinances, is required. Additional costs for staff and consulting time and materials expended by the city in the processing of the application will also be required of the applicant at the rates set forth in § 36.02 of this code of ordinances. The city may require a deposit for these fees.
   (B)   Letter of credit. Upon the submittal of an application for a Storm Water Management Plan, the city shall require a letter of credit in such form and amount as may be deemed necessary by the city to assure that the work, if not completed in accordance with the reviewed plans and specifications and this subchapter, will be corrected to eliminate any hazardous conditions. The amount of the letter of credit may be reduced by the city.
