§ 35.17 PAYMENT OF FEE.
   (A)   The fees required for a license must be paid at the office of the Administrator/Clerk-Treasurer before the granting of the license.
   (B)   Unless otherwise provided by this code, a license fee may not be prorated for a portion of a year, and a license fee paid will not be refunded.
