§ 158.09 EXEMPTIONS.

   The following land uses are exempt from the Storm Water Utility user fee and storm sewer connection fee:

   (A)   Public road right-of-way;

   (B)   Lakes;

   (C)   Wetlands;

   (D)   Agricultural;

   (E)   Utilities;

   (F)   Parks, state park, school forest; and

   (G)   Cemeteries.
