Permits take effect on May 1 and expire on April 30 of each year. All applications must be filed with the City Administrator/Clerk-Treasurer no later than April 10. Permits must be renewed on an annual basis with a fee payable yearly according to § 36.02 of this code of ordinances. Renewal may or may not require a public hearing at the discretion of the City Administrator/Clerk-Treasurer. Operations must cease on April 30 of any year unless the permit is renewed.
