(A) The Director is responsible for the administration of the rights-of-way, right-of-way permits and ordinances related thereto. The Director may delegate any or all of the duties hereunder.

(B) (1) The city may create an Advisory Utility Coordination Committee. Participation on the Committee is voluntary.
(2) It is composed of any registrants that wish to assist the city in obtaining information and making recommendations regarding use of the right-of-way, and improving the process of performing construction work therein.
(3) The city may determine the size of such committee and shall appoint members from a list of registrants that have expressed a desire to assist the city.
