The Building Official is responsible for maintaining the street naming and numbering system. In the performance of this responsibility, the Building Official must be guided by the provisions of this section. The Building Official must keep a record of all numbers assigned under this section. The Building Official must issue to any property owner, a specific numerical address to each principal building or separate front entrance to the building, without charge, in accordance with the official numbering system.
