Properties or principal buildings within the city will hereafter be identified by reference to the uniform numbering system. Numbers will be assigned using one whole number for each 25-foot frontage interval. Uniform block of 100 numbers per block exist where possible. Buildings on the north and east side of roadways bear even numbers. Buildings on the south and west side of roadways bear an odd number.
