§ 34.20 UNCLAIMED PROPERTY; PURPOSE.
   (A)   This subchapter has been enacted to provide for the custody and disposal of property other than motor vehicles coming into the possession of the city in the course of municipal operations and remaining unclaimed by the owner.
   (B)   This subchapter has been adopted pursuant to the provisions of M.S. § 471.195, as it may be amended from time to time.
