§ 154.057 PLACEMENT OF SNOW.
   No person shall remove snow from private property or a public sidewalk and deposit the same on any public street or property. All property owners shall make arrangements for the storage of accumulated snow either on their own premises or on the premises of another; provided that, written permission is obtained from the other property owner. Properties zoned “Historic Downtown District” may deposit snow from their properties into a public street for removal by the city; provided that, a written agreement is entered into between the property owner and the city which specifies when the snow must be placed in the street for removal and requires the property owner to pay the city for the removal.
