§ 154.040 DUTY OF OWNER.
   (A)   The owner of property within the city abutting a public sidewalk must keep the sidewalk in good repair.
   (B)   Repairs must be made in accordance with the standard specifications approved by the Council and on file in the office of the City Administrator/Clerk-Treasurer.
