(A) Outdoor swimming pools existing and hereafter constructed must be completely enclosed by a security fence or wall at least four feet high and located at least four feet from the edge of the swimming pool on at least one-half of the perimeter.
(B) Fence openings or points of entry into the pool area must be equipped with gates. Gates must be equipped with self-closing and self-latching devices placed at the top of the gate or in a manner otherwise inaccessible to children. Openings between the fence bottom and the ground or other surface may not exceed four inches.
