§ 153.02 LICENSE REQUIRED.
   It is unlawful to operate or permit swimming in a public swimming pool, regardless of whether a fee is charged for such use, unless the city has issued a license therefor that is in full force and effect. The license must be on display in the vicinity of the swimming pool or conveniently accessible upon demand.
