§ 153.01 STATE HEALTH DEPARTMENT RULES ADOPTED.
   Minn. Rules parts 4717.0150 through 4717.3975, relating to public swimming pools, are adopted by the city by reference. Reference in those rules to the Commissioner of Health is to the city health authority.
