The Minnesota State Building Code, Minn. Rules Chapter 1300, allows: the following optional provisions identified in the most current edition of the State Building Code are hereby adopted and incorporated as part of the Building Code for the city: Appendix Chapter J - (Grading) - of the 2021 International Building Code, as it may be amended and updated from time to time.
