§ 150.16 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   ABANDONED BUILDING.
      (1)   A vacant building that was being used for commercial or industrial purposes, the ownership responsibilities of which have been surrendered or relinquished, whether intentionally or by failure to occupy and maintain the property; or
      (2)   A building that was being used for commercial or industrial purposes for which the owner cannot be identified or located by delivery of certified mail at the last known or registered address, which persistently or repeatedly becomes unprotected or unsecured or, which is or has been occupied by unauthorized persons.
