§ 135.04 RECEIVING LAND USE STANDARDS.
   (A)   Maximum noise levels by receiving land use.
      (1)   It is unlawful to operate or cause to be operated any source of noise in a manner as to create a noise level exceeding the limit set in the table below for the receiving land use category specified when measured at or within the property line of the receiving land use.

      (2)   In the event that the property on which an industrial or commercial noise source is located abuts residential property, the noise source in question must not exceed an L10 noise level of 60 dBA in the daytime (7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.) and an L50 noise level of 50 dBA in the nighttime (10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.) as measured on the property line abutting the source.
   (B)   Exemptions. The levels prescribed in division (A) above do not apply to streets owned, operated and maintained by the city.
