§ 133.23 PERMISSION.

   (A)   Each person desiring to hunt within the city shall first obtain written permission from the owner or owners of the property where the hunt is to take place granting approval and permission to hunt and discharge a bow and arrow.

   (B)   This permission is required to be carried on the hunter’s person at all times when hunting and shall include:

      (1)   Full name, date of birth and address of the hunter;

      (2)   The name, address and phone number of the owner(s) of property to be hunted;

      (3)   Address and description of property to be hunted (if different than above); and

      (4)   Any restrictions applicable to the hunter or property.
