For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
BOW AND ARROW. A bow and arrow drawn, held or released either mechanically or manually including crossbows if authorized by state law.
HUNT or HUNTING. The chasing, pursuing, stalking, tracking, harvesting or taking of deer while in the possession of a bow and arrow.
HUNTER. Any individual engaged in the activity of hunting.
