§ 118.12 AUTHORITY AND ENFORCEMENT.
   (A)   Nothing in this chapter shall prevent the city from taking action under any of its building, nuisance, fire, housing, zoning or other health safety codes to seek abatement, injunctive relief or criminal prosecution for the violations. The city may seek injunctive relief against a property owner or designated agent who fails to comply with the terms and conditions of this chapter to obtain an order forbidding rental of the property or occupancy until violations of this chapter have been remedied by the property owner or designated agent.

   (B)   In the event that the property owner or the tenant refuses to allow the city to enter the property in order to conduct an inspection authorized by this chapter or to ensure that the property is in compliance with the requirements of this chapter, the city may seek an administrative search warrant in order to enter the property.
