(A) A copy of the lease agreement between a non-profit organization and an on-sale licensee must be filed with the City Administrator/Clerk-Treasurer within one week after execution of the lease. The lease must provide that the lessee may operate only after issuance of a license and premises permit from the Board and be subject to the terms of this chapter.

(B) Organizations conducting lawful gambling in the city must file with the City Administrator/Clerk-Treasurer copies of records and reports filed with the Board pursuant to M.S. Chapter 349, as it may be amended from time to time, and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder.
