§ 114.03 ELIGIBLE ORGANIZATIONS.
   The city will consider for approval only premises permits or bingo hall licenses by organizations licensed by the Board. When an application is submitted to the city, the city will presume that the applicant is eligible for the permit or license under state law, but will make no independent investigation of that fact.
