§ 113.02 MODIFIED GREEN RIVER ORDINANCE; SIGNS.
   No non-commercial door-to-door advocate, peddler, professional fundraiser or solicitor shall go in or upon private residences or residential properties if the property has been posted with a sign forbidding non-commercial door-to-door advocates, peddlers, professional fundraisers or solicitors. The signs shall be posted in a conspicuous place on the property. A sign posted on the door or entrance to a residence or residential property shall be deemed “conspicuous” for purposes of this section.
