(A) The City Administrator/Clerk-Treasurer must give mailed notice of the Council consideration of application for a new on-sale intoxicating liquor license to property owners and residents of residential properties within 500 feet of the location of the licensed premises.
(B) The notice must:
(1) Be mailed at least ten days prior to the date of Council consideration;
(2) State the date, time and place of the Council meeting;
(3) The address of the licensed premises; and
(4) The name of the applicant and the proposed name of the licensed premises.
(C) Failure to give the notice does not affect the validity of the license.
