§ 96.06 PERMIT ISSUANCE.
   (A)   The City Administrator/Clerk-Treasurer shall issue the special events permit once the application has been approved and the applicant has agreed to comply with the terms and conditions of the permit as well as the requirements of this chapter.
   (B)   The City Administrator/Clerk-Treasurer will notify the Park and Recreation Commission and the City Council of the event.
