§ 94.10 REMOVAL OF PROPERTY ENDANGERED BY FIRE.
   The officer of the Fire Department in command at any fire or other emergency, may remove property, whenever it becomes necessary for the preservation of the property from fire, or to prevent the spreading of fire, or to protect adjoining property, and to that end may enter or order any member of the Fire Department to enter premises involved in danger or endangering other property.
