§ 94.02 BUREAU OF FIRE PREVENTION.
   (A)   Established. The Uniform Fire Code is enforced by the Bureau of Fire Prevention in the Fire Department, which is operated under the supervision of the Fire Chief.
   (B)   Inspectors. The Fire Chief may detail members of the Fire Department as inspectors, as may be necessary.
   (C)   Report. A report of the Bureau of Fire Prevention must be made annually at the end of each year and transmitted through the Fire Chief of the Fire Department to the City Administrator/Clerk-Treasurer. The report must contain all proceedings under this code, with such statistics as the Fire Chief may wish to include therein. The Chief must also recommend necessary amendments to the code.
