A cemetery lot or fractional lot may not be resold or otherwise disposed of without the approval of the City Council. The city retains the first option to repurchase the cemetery lot or fractional lot at the original sale price. A lot may not be resold, disposed of or otherwise used until the purchase price and all unpaid charges including charges for permanent or special care have been paid in full. Lot owners may not allow interments to be made on their lots for remuneration. Lots, or fractional lots, may not be subdivided without consent of the Council.
