The prices of cemetery lots and other services are determined by Council resolution and filed with the Administrator/Clerk-Treasurer. Any person paying the price thus fixed for a lot is entitled to a deed conveying the same executed by the Mayor and City Administrator/Clerk-Treasurer. The purchaser must expressly agree in the deed that the rights conferred are subject to the reasonable rules and regulations as the Council may adopt relative to the use of the cemetery.
