Any commercial use of Robinson Park shall require an annual permit from the city. A permit fee in amount set forth in the city’s fee schedule must be paid prior to issuance of the permit by the city. No permit is required for commercial uses taking place in Robinson Park as part of a special event; provided that, a special event permit from the city has been issued.
