(A) The City Administrator/Clerk-Treasurer may close any public park, parkway, beach or drive, and for the period as deemed necessary, in order to protect or restore order or terminate or prevent breaches of the peace and order of the city.
(B) A person having been informed of such an order closing any such area may not remain in the area longer than is necessary to leave the closed area.
