§ 92.04 ENFORCEMENT.
   This chapter is enforced by the City Administrator/Clerk-Treasurer. It is unlawful for any person to disobey an order given pursuant to this chapter. The Administrator/Clerk-Treasurer may prepare and publicize further regulations not inconsistent with this chapter for conduct within parks.
