For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
COMMERCIAL USE. Any use or activity where a person or entity provides equipment, materials, programs or services for any fee, reimbursement or compensation, including, without limitation, any rental, any transportation, shuttling or delivery services, any guide or instruction services, any demonstration or other opportunities with a contemplated purchase or rental, or any put-in or take-out services.
PARK. Public park, playground, beach, swimming pool, recreation center or other area or facility operated by the city for recreational purposes pursuant to Council designation.
