§ 91.107 DEFINITIONS.

   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

   ABANDONED VEHICLE. As defined in M.S. § 168B.011, as it may be amended from time to time.

   JUNK VEHICLE. As defined in M.S. § 168B.011, as it may be amended from time to time.

   UNAUTHORIZED VEHICLE. A vehicle that is subject to removal and impoundment pursuant to M.S. §§ 168B.04 or 168B.035, as they may be amended from time to time, but is not a junk vehicle or an abandoned vehicle.

   UNLICENSED VEHICLE. A vehicle which is not properly licensed for operation.
