§ 91.086 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   NUISANCE SERVICE CALL. An activity, conduct or condition occurring upon private property within the city which will, or will tend to alarm, anger or disturb others or provoke the breach of the peace to which the County Sheriff’s Department is required to respond including, but not limited to, the following:
      (1)   Any conduct, activity or condition constituting a violation of state laws prohibiting or regulating prostitution, gambling, controlled substances or use of firearms; or
      (2)   Any conduct, activity or condition constituting disorderly conduct under M.S. Chapter 609, as it may be amended from time to time.
