(A) M.S. §§ 343.20 to 343.40, as they may be amended from time to time, relating to cruelty of animals is adopted by reference.
(B) (1) The provisions of this chapter relating to dangerous or potentially dangerous dogs are intended to be the fullest exercise of the city’s authority on the subject that is permitted by M.S. §§ 347.50 to 347.565, as they may be amended from time to time, and are adopted as if stated herein.
(2) If there is a conflict between the provisions of this chapter and those statutes, the provisions of the statutes prevail.
